FOOD DISTRIBUTION
(Currently in Los Angeles County)
This program focused on preventing homelessness before it starts by offering free essential items & resources to families and individuals in need. You are welcome to join one of our events: every Saturday from 11 am to 1 pm at 5036 Exposition Blvd in LA. africActive is transforming lives and communities by offering diverse services that address immediate and long-term needs - all while providing a fun and supportive environment. ADULT PROGRAMS
(Currently in Africa locations)
This program is available to the general public. By providing a safe, supportive learning environment, with qualified tutors, teachers, and coaches, adults are enabled to pursue higher education, successful careers, financial stability, and brighter futures. This program provides free individualized tutoring, life skills classes, job readiness classes, and additional coaching to adults in need of support.
FOSTER CARE
(Available upon request)
We help families avoid separation by supporting them through creating thriving healthy family life environments, and we provide support for families who are in the process of reunification.
BABY'S PRODUCTS
(Currently in LA County Weekly)
We work with individual families who need assistance in terms of education or health care. We help families stay together, send children to school, and pay children's health bills by providing basic necessities. Our goal is to provide equal opportunity to all, provide support families who are in the process of reunification.
KIDS PROGRAMS
(Currently in Dr Congo/Africa)
We help families stay together, send children to school, and pay children's health bills by providing basic necessities. We work with individual children, families that are in need of assistance in terms of education or health care. Our goal is to provide equal opportunity to all
We host a Free Backpacks and Free School Supplies event once a year before school starts. At our event, families can pick up hygiene items, backpacks and school supplies to get back-to-school time exciting for all children and students. Education for all, join our movement and be part of the solution
IMMIGRATION SUPPORT
(Currently in Los Angeles locations)
We serve as a bridge between immigrants and organizations that can help. As most of us are immigrants, we understand what it takes to immigrate in a new country. We are here to help and make sure immigrants have someone on their side when facing the new country's realities

REVITALIZE NEIGHBORHOODS
(Currently in Los Angeles & Africa)
Our community service day is every fourth Saturday of the month in neighborhoods across Los Angeles. We organize activities such as tree planting, loose litter pick-up to educational programming on composting.
